Last year I found a few vintage cigarette tins kicking around in the shed, and this is one of them. It's an Imperial Club Virginia Cigarettes tin that once held 20 cigarettes. Now it holds watercolour paints, and can fit 14 half pans inside. The little white insert in the middle of the pans is made from foam core cut to size so the pans don't slide around. I made a little mixing palette to go with it out of 3mm MDF spray painted with white enamel.
